The office will be closed for Winter Break from December 23rd to January 3rd, and lessons will resume on Monday, January 8th. We are looking forward to an exciting second term of the 2024-2025 season filled with opportunities to learn, grow, and perform.

One of the highlights this term is the Honour Roll Awards Concert on Sunday, May 25th, where we’ll celebrate the incredible achievements of our students.

Support Music Education

As a non-profit organization, we rely on the generous support of our patrons, sponsors, and funders to bring music education programs, recital experiences, and community concerts to life. Your valued contributions ensure we can foster creativity for everyone and provide a welcoming space for musicians of all ages and skill levels.

Monthly donations are especially impactful, allowing us to build and plan for a vibrant musical future. Thank you to all our donors for helping us keep the music alive!

3% Club

Do you shop at Nature's Fare? Save your receipt for a good cause!

We are a part of Nature's Fare 3% Club, where 3% of the total from your receipts submitted to the office goes towards our scholarships and bursaries. Your contribution helps provide valuable opportunities to our students. Drop off your receipts at the office next time you're in.

Thank you for supporting us!

Performance Opportunities

Are you ready to take the stage? We’re seeking enthusiastic students interested in expanding their performance opportunities! Elevate local events by sharing your talent with the community. To stay in the loop about upcoming events, please reach out to Amy at artdir.kcms@shaw.ca. Don’t miss your chance to shine—let’s make music together!

Bottle Drive

Help our school thrive by donating your bottles and cans! Participate in our ongoing Bottle Drive by returning your clear-bagged containers to any Express Return location. Simply use our school’s phone number—250-860-1737—to donate the proceeds directly to KCMS!

Here’s How It Works:

  1. Bag It: Place your empty beverage containers into clear or transparent plastic bags (up to 90 liters). No sorting needed!

  2. Find a Location: Visit return-it.ca/locations to locate an Express Return center near you.

  3. Label It: At the Express kiosk, log in using our phone number, print your bag labels, and attach them to your bags.

  4. Drop Off: Leave your labeled bags at the designated Express drop-off area.

They’ll handle the sorting, and the credit will go to KCMS, supporting recitals, venue bookings, and more! Thank you for your generous donations!
