   • Reach out to us via email or phone, providing the following details:

     • Your and/or your child's name

     • Child's age

     • Instrument and whether you are interested in private or group lessons

     • Email and phone number

     • Previous musical experience (if any, not required!)

     • Availability for lessons (Monday through Sunday, specify time range)

     • Any additional relevant information
        

2. Private or Group Class?

   • Private Lessons - Your information will be forwarded to an available KCMS faculty member - check out our faculty bios.

   • Groups - Take a look at what's happening over Summer and from September in the 2025-26 year.​

3. Teacher Connection:

   • A KCMS teacher will reach out to arrange a private lesson time or meeting.
      

4. Registration Process:

   • Read our policy document - this includes registration fee information.

   • Only when your lesson time is confirmed, complete, sign and submit a registration form (links below - Summer = July/August, Fall = September-June) to our office together with your registration fee.

   • Do not submit a registration form before confirming lesson time, length and quantity with a teacher.
      

5. Payment Details:

   • After processing your registration, you'll receive an invoice.

   • Payment plans are available.

   • Prices vary based on teacher, instrument, and lesson duration.
